We carefully pack every order by hand. Each plate is individually wrapped and cushioned to survive the trip.

Orders ship within two to three business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once it's on its way.

Accidents happen in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yoursetting.com with a photo or video of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice. Please hold onto the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
